Connection & Reflection

Description:

The intention of this workshop is to create an opportunity for our community to have dedicated time to inwardly reflect on our values, intentions and actions through a prompted journaling experience, while cultivating a brave space to share our thoughts, feelings and beliefs with a kind and authentic community. This is a space to connect with others, where you can be seen, heard, and appreciated for who you are. We hope you will walk away feeling connected, with new approaches to life, and a new friend or two.

We start with an opening circle and introductions, then share a journaling prompt for self reflection, and use this prompt to facilitate small break-out group conversations. Then, we come back together in a closing circle to share, and integrate our collective wisdom.

About the facilitator:

Garrett Brill, affectionately known as G-Link, is an Author, Coach, and Spoken Word Artist on a mission to infuse the world with more love, compassion, and authenticity.
