Everyone with a brain and a body knows the hail storm of happiness that Electric Daisy Carnival stirs into the cosmos every time the annual festival opens its gates. It’s a mixture of anticipation, sheer joy, and Red Bull. 2009’s hallowed dates are Friday, June 26th and Saturday, June 27th, and the place to be is the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and Exposition Park. Thrown, as always, by the good souls at Insomniac, and starring a veritable universe of dance music talent, the ’09 Daisy promises “2 days of non-stop freaks, fun & Festivititeez!” Misspellings that emphatic are rarely false.
