HARD bring it HARD.  Raising the bar, erasing the bar, obliterating the bar for world class headliners and epic festival production.  Just announced, M.I.A. - the Sri Lankan She-Ra - will be headlining HARD LA on July17th.  This is M.I.A.'s 2010 national stage debut, and the geniuses at HARD have transformed the Los Angeles State Historic Park into a huge, day-long, two-stage festival.  Tickets go on-sale Friday, and can be purchased bundled with a ticket for HARD SUMMER on August 8th as a discounted 2-day pass.


Performing alongside M.I.A. will be her own N.E.E.T. recording artists Sleigh Bells and Rye Rye along with Theophilus London, 12th Planet, Ninjasonik, Nguzunguzu and the hardest working man in LA, Destructo.  HARD LA & HARD NYC will be the first chance to catch M.I.A. live in support of her upcoming summer release.  Both shows will have additional artists on the lineup to be announced closer to event dates.  


M.I.A. was one of Time's "100 Most Influential People" in 2009.  She has raised awareness of both social issues and bombastic beats with lyrical treats.  Don't dilly-dally - these tickets will go fast.
