Gibby Haynes returns with the students of the Paul Green Rock Academy to bring their show of reworked Butthole Surfer classics to the TV Eye stage. A show that shouldn't work (Gibby and kids?) somehow perfectly encapsulates the chaos and dark charm of this music, and the show makes its triumphant return to TV Eye on its way to a headlining slot at the infamous Mosswood Meltdown in Oakland CA.
The legendary South Bronx band 24-7 Spyz will make a rare NYC appearance and perform a set that will rival June's heat! "Heavy Metal Soul" is the sound the band has been throwing down since 1989 and has influenced countless bands and musicians over the course of an eight album, 35 year career! Taking a break while working on album number 9, Jimi Hazel (guitar/vocals), Rick Skatore (bass/vocals) and Tony Lewis (drums/vocals) will leave a stain on Brooklyn's brain on Father's Day!
