Health & Safety Entry Requirements
All guests must provide proof of full vaccination OR a recent negative test result from a healthcare professional for entry (see details below).

In accordance with Public Health Madison & Dane County orders, face coverings will be required on entry until March 1, 2022. Starting March 1, 2022 face coverings will be a personal choice and will no longer be required on entry.

If you are feeling sick, please stay home.

PROOF OF FULL VACCINATION 

• At least 14 days after final dose
• Boosters are encouraged but not required
• Physical card, photocopy, digital photo, or digital record*

- OR -

NEGATIVE TEST RESULT

• Test date must be no more than 2 days prior to event
• Administered by healthcare professional, no “at home” tests
• Official email or record stating name, result and test date
