AS OF 2/01/2022 -- PROOF OF FULL VACCINATION ++ BOOSTER DOSE (if eligible) WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ENTRY AT 1015 FOLSOM and any events with over 500 guests.

In accordance with the latest mandate from the City of San Francisco Public Health Department, all attendees will be required, at any public events in San Francisco starting on February 1st, 2022 to have proof of full vaccination and their booster dose.

Only those ineligible for the booster dose can attend events without it---in most cases, you are ineligible if:

• you were vaccinated less than (6x) months prior to today
• you received monoclonal antibodies treatment or convalescent plasma treatment within the past (90) days
