Majorstage Presents

OnlyJahmez (Late Show)

New Jersey-based alternative-rapper, OnlyJahmez, has been bursting onto the scene with his distinctive sound, with recognition from Lil Uzi Vert, Ski Mask the Slump God, and the late Juice WRLD. Influenced by XXXTentacion, Lil Uzi Vert, and Chief Keef, OnlyJahmez has separated himself from other alternative-hip-hop artists through his crafty lyrical flow and range in production style. OnlyJahmez has performed opening shows for mainstream rappers Ski Mask The Slump God, and Juice WRLD himself. OnlyJahmez’s music is rebellious and free-spirited, while simultaneously raising questions about society, adolescence, relationships, and humanity.  OnlyJahmez exploded onto the New Jersey music scene in early 2019 with his debut audiovisual EP, “Fxck Rules.” At nearly a million streams, the “Fxck Rules” EP birthed the world’s newest rap rockstar. Hailing from the small suburbs of Clayton, New Jersey, aka Clayraq, OnlyJahmez came into the game with a chip on his shoulders. His mission is to wake everyone sleeping on South Jersey and show the world “they got something to say.” With consistent appearances on NYC’s Hot 97 and Power 105.1, as well as being added to the BET Jams rotation, OnlyJahmez is paving his own lane. He’s worked with industry giants like TrackMasters, Spraygrounds, Mike Cameron of Water Music Publishing, Huff, and Dope Clothing Brand as well as stars like FatboySSE and Yvng Swag from Wild N Out. Between his striking vocals and over the top production, he’s got a style that’s fun, catchy, and ignorant.

OnlyJahmez is a marketing genius. His latest single, “Thoughts,” gained 1 million+ impressions on Tik Tok in less than a month by using boutique marketing and promo strategies. Jahmez has had the luxury of sharing the stage with acts such as JuiceWrld, SimxSantana, Jimmy Woppo, Ski Mask the Slump God, and Jacquees. These off the wall promotion tactics accompanied with an amazing live show is what solidifies OnlyJahmez as a superstar.
