Daniel Sovich is the founder of Discofox. An upcoming actor in New York, Daniel changed directions and picked up a guitar in 2020. A few months later, he was down in Nashville, TN accompanying himself around town when he met Brandon Clites. They began writing songs together, the first being "Little Bit" which is featured on the Sweet Love EP.

Bass player Jon McGrath heard the music and reached out to Daniel about playing with his growing band. Then, Sovich met Josh Raymond, Drummer, over a couple drinks at a songwriter bar. At long last, the band was formed.

Finally, after running into an old high school friend and producer, Austin Bianco, they began work on what would become the first EP: "Sweet Love."
