CRISIS

Hailing from Phoenix, AZ, CRISIS the band brings together five experienced musicians with extensive backgrounds playing in rock bands. With heavy influences from the great 19060s/70s rock bands, the group plays danceable rock n' roll with prominent vocals and harmonies. Other influences range from southern rock, rockabilly, and blues. CRISIS plays covers in the rock genre as well as writes and records originals featuring the bands’ deep expertise across electric guitar, acoustic guitar, bass, harmonica, and percussion. The band’s first album, The Cops are Here, was released in 2011 and re-released as the “Basement tapes” in 2021 on all major online music stores. Original CRISIS music has been selected for several Rock and Roll Marathon promotional CDs over the last 15 years and CRISIS’ original song, Stand Up!, was included in the 2009 film "Smile till it Hurts" soundtrack, released at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.
