Texas guitar-slinger A. Wright has been hitting it hard over the last 7 years. Since the age of 16, he's racked up numerous accolades ranging from opening for country legends Steve Wariner and Johnny Lee, Blues Artist Carolyn Wonderland, playing along side Texas Blues legends Alan Haynes and Jackie Newhouse (ex-Stevie Ray Vaughan), to playing all around Texas (San Antonio, Austin, San Angelo, Boerne/Sisterdale, Dallas-Ft. Worth, etc.) and competing in the International Blues Challenge twice (Memphis, TN) (Band category in 2017 and Solo/Duo Semifinalist in 2020) represeting the San Angelo Blues Society. 

Anthony's style consists of a sound rooted in blues and rock, but with a tinge of country and some southern fried stuff here and there and on the side. You can hear these sounds on Anthony's 2018 release "The Way That I Am."
