Event Details

Grant's offers a late night of local blues to follow the Buddy Guy show at the auditorium. Capricorn of old recording artist Bo Ponder handles the vocals and his band includes guitarists John Ford and local blues legend Robert Lee Coleman who played for Percy Sledge from "65 to '69 and for James Brown as a member of the JB's from '70 to '73. The funky style he developed on hits like "Hot Pants" and others captured on the release "Live at the Apollo" is still intact in the blues music that he has focused on ever since. Keep the blues party going on what promises to be one of the best music nights in Macon in a long time!
