Formed in 1999 by Conestoga High School students Scott Wham (guitar/vocals), Matt Hildenbrand (drums), The Commission began their musical journey shaking the walls of Scott's parents' house. Over the years, they evolved into one of the Main Line’s premier classic rock/jam bands. With influences ranging from The Rolling Stones to The Talking Heads, and from Phish to The Grateful Dead, The Commission delivers a diverse musical experience for fans of all genres.

As they celebrate their 25th Anniversary on April 20th, 2024 at Ardmore Music Hall, this milestone event promises an unforgettable night filled with their signature sound. The festivities will kick off with a captivating opening set by Philadelphia sensation Tim Williams Band, ensuring a dynamic and electrifying evening for music enthusiasts.
