MARS

instagram

Mars is a local LA singer-songwriter from Ohio with Egyptian Heritage. Mars’ love for writing and performing pop and R&B music has truly helped to shape her Artistry over the years even during times of hardship and pain. Music always has a way of being there for us when we need it the most. Sound Collective is proud to feature this strong and courageous artist to the Troubadour stage on December 19th, 2022! Don’t miss this incredible lineup!

Alexis Hana

instagram

Up and coming power house Alexis Hana is a hungry-for-realness indie-pop artist and she is not playing nice when it comes to exposing heart break. Alexis will be gracing the legendary Troubadour stage on December 19th, 2022!

Karli Webster

instagram

When Karli was only three years old, her father put her in piano lessons and over the years she became an accomplished pianist, winning eight state-level competitions. Karli's mom raised her on '70s music, including Carly Simon and Stevie Nicks, which helped inspire the musician Karli is today. After high school, Karli wanted to pursue music full time, so she decided to apply to the University of Southern California. After submitting a video reel and being tested on music theory, Karli was granted a full scholarship to the prestigious Thornton School of Music, where she takes music theory classes as well as regular college courses.

Karli will be making her debut at the iconic Troubadour on December 19th, 2022.

Alec Reid

instagram

On January 6, 1979, Robin Reid played the iconic Troubadour to a sold out crowd.
Forty-two years later, his son Alec is playing the same stage.

Alec Reid is an alternative folk singer-songwriter. His melodic voice and contemporary style, paired with his skilled guitar work, bring a unique viewpoint to the folk genre.

Alec was born and raised in Los Angeles. With his father's guidance, he began to play guitar, sing, and write his own songs. He started in bars and coffee shops, and after building a strong local following and receiving airplay on Nic Harcourt’s Morning Music Show on 88.5FM, Alec opened to a sold out crowd at the Troubadour in 2019.

Alec writes, records, and produces all of his own original music. In his highly anticipated return to the Troubadour on December 19th, he will be performing new songs from his upcoming release, in addition to songs by his father, Robin Reid.

Sarah Hollins

instagram

Sarah Hollins is an indie singer-songwriter who sounds like your favorite ’90s nostalgia hooked up to Robert Smith’s amp. Some of her influences include Aaliyah, Paramore, Third Eye Blind, Alanis Morissette, The Cure, Coheed and Cambria, and Death Cab for Cutie. Over the years, Sarah has been a choir-kid geek, a pop punk front-woman, and a folk singer. Raised in the Christian church, Sarah's vulnerable pop/rock work explores religious/sexual/childhood trauma and coming out. Her debut full length album, Catholic Guilt, will be out on Halloween weekend (2022). Album singles, Left of Center, Evergreen, Drive, and Wizard are out now. The next single, I Wish, will be out October 7, 2022. She can frequently be found lurking on Lord of the Rings Memes Reddit threads and screaming "Man your own jackhammer!" at Coheed and Cambria shows.
